To me this quote is good describing that if you dont do nothing that it would be better then doing something bad. Id rather not be doing anything that i would know would get me introuble so i would just sit still and i would try to figure out another solution for this problem. Another reason why this is such a good quote is that this shows that many people dont know how to be still when they let life just be how it is.

These 9 ways to to behappy is great because every time you follow these steps you become a great person on thie inside and the ouside and you always will be rewared. Choosing to always be happy will lead you to a better future and a brighter on and alwao people would look at you with respect and would want to emp[loy you or be friends with you. Choosing to be happy is a great commitment and you would always do whats right and you would always get rewarded in the future with something great.

     This quote is small but it represents a lot, it shows that if you do something wrong you will get a different outcome then if you did it right. This quote really shows the attribute focused, because its your choice whether you want to stay focused and live a better life or just mess it up and be surrounded by people who wouldn't care where you end up.

This quote also relate to my 100+ life planning goals because it represents determination and that what i need to accomplish all my goals and so i can built more confidence in myself and make more goals to accomplish.

Reflection:These quotes are great in my opinion, you choose whether to have a great life or a bad one. If someone doesn't like you just dont talk to them, you know that your better then that to fight for someone that wouldn't appreciate youy so why try with them, live your life with happy moments with the people you care about because you might never know what may happen but have a positive attitude so when problems happy you know how to resolve them in a positive manner.

Reflection: I Like this quote because its true, setting goals makes you go farther in life then you have expected and you also get to accomplish those goals and you'll feel great when you do. Planning your goals makes you try harder to achieve them and you will have better self-confidence, so you would have a better life and a better future.

• This relates to my 100 goals because I try hard so that i can accomplish my goals because without then i wont have a path to follow so that i could look at them and would try 100x more then I have.It gives me self-confidence because I would wanna do better in life so that in a couple years I could take care of my parents without worrying about anything.

Reflection: This quote that Shannon L. Alder is talking about no being smart for keeping quote when you know that your right, but you think you would get in trouble for knowing your rights.I think this is a great quote for assertiveness because it shows that even though some people know their rights they choose weather they want to be assertive and use them in a kind manner or stay quite and take the punishment for following the law.

        Accountability is the fact or condition of being accountable, like responsibility. Being accountable to someone means that they trust you and they feel that you can be trusted because you have showed them that your a responsible person. Here is a quote i found that is really great to express a figurative speech of accountable.
